1998-2002 “FTP” Style LS1 F-Body 104mm High Flow Air Lid (FULL CARBON FIBER)
Our air lids are made completely from carbon fiber, NOT an overlay on plastic or fiberglass. Clear coated in a UV protected Marine resin, they’re made to last the life of the car. Some modifications required between 1998-1999 and 2000-2002 models. Basically, you would need to add a plug to one hole or you can special request in the note sections that we do NOT trim out the air pump hole for your build (it will still come with the IAT hole open unless you request that removed as well).

– Speed density Users (SD) that have removed the MAF sensor, connect the air lid directly to your throttle body for the best flow possible!
Installation Notes:
Factory and aftermarket SS hoods may experience rubbing on the hood. This can be addressed by putting some adhesive tape or the soft adhesive Velcro in the contact spot to prevent paint scuffing. This same problem occurs with SLP and other aftermarket lids as well.
