1982-1992 Camaros are notorious for overheating. GM added “heat extractor” hood louvers to hoods from 1985-1990 and “heat extractor” hood blisters with fake vents to hoods from 1991-1992. Unfortunately, though they looked great, they were not functional.
We set out to remedy that. Already making replacement louvers that were functional, our next step was creating a way to make the OEM and OEM style hood blisters functional as well. We designed three different styles of hood blister vents…
