More horsepower means you need more brake power. However, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get more brake performance out of your 1993-2002 F-Body.
The first place to start is replacing those old factory rubber brake lines. Rubber expands and causes brake fade to begin with. Old rubber will try to expand but will crack and cause brake failure. Simply by replacing your stock lines with our stainless steel lines you will notice a difference in your braking.
This is a FULL KIT of FIVE Stainless Steel Brake Lines (one for your traction control line if so equipped) to replace the rubber lines which expand and cause brake fade.
The only thing you need is a few hand tools and your choice of brake fluid (you will need to bleed the brakes and top it off if you’re installing the stainless steel brake lines).
OUR LINE WILL FIT ALL 1993-2002 F-Bodies. We cut our lines SLIGHTLY longer than other manufacturers so they will work great on all 93-02 models (93-97 used slightly longer lines than 98-02) and work great with our C5 Rotor Conversions.
