1998-2002 WS-XXX Hood for Firebird Formula Trans Am

Inspired by the IROC Trans-Ams of the late 90’s and early 00’s, the Last of the Champions (the last cars used in an IROC Series) used in the final season of IROC-XXX, we set out to offer a hood for 1998-2002 Firebird models that performed as well as it looks….  the WS-XXX.  Full bolt on, uses factory hardware no need for hood pins (unless you prefer the look).

This is similar in style to the WSQ hood but with functional IROC style heat extractors to maximize performance.

We ship them with the underside uncut (see pic in gallery).  The vents will still be functional as there are open holes in the side of the underside (see pic in the gallery) that allow SOME heat to escape, HOWEVER, we can also open the bottom up for maximum cooling (see pic in the gallery of a rough cut underside to get the general idea)

Weighing only 27lbs and utilizing rear and top heat extractors, this hood reduces weight, reduces heat, reduces lift and looks amazing racing or even parked.
